1. Digital Product
LingFlow sells digital access to language-learning content and tools, including learning stories, audio practice, translations, vocabulary tools, and interactive exercises.
We do not sell physical goods.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the first payment of a LingFlow subscription.
If you are not satisfied with LingFlow, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@lingflow.me or use the refund/support options provided by Paddle in your purchase receipt or subscription management page.
3. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved at our discretion. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
If you believe a renewal happened by mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will review the case.
4. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
If you are charged after a free trial and want a refund, you may request a refund within 30 days of the first paid charge.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Payments and refunds may be processed by our payment provider Paddle.
If your refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card provider, or payment method.
