Welcome to LingFlow.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LingFlow, a digital language-learning website available at https://lingflow.me and related pages, products, and services.
LingFlow is operated by Sergei Shopen, trading as LingFlow ("LingFlow", "we", "us", or "our").
By using LingFlow, creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What LingFlow Provides
LingFlow is a digital language-learning service. We provide online access to learning stories, audio practice, translations, vocabulary tools, and interactive exercises designed to help users improve their foreign language skills.
LingFlow does not sell physical goods. All products and services are delivered digitally through the website.
2. Accounts and Access
You may need to create an account or use an access link to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
LingFlow may offer free access, trials, and paid subscription plans.
Paid subscriptions give access to the features described on the pricing page or checkout page at the time of purchase. Subscription features may include access to learning content, audio-supported reading, sentence translations, vocabulary tools, and interactive exercises.
Payments, billing, invoices, taxes, and subscription management may be handled by our payment provider Paddle. Paddle may appear on your receipt, invoice, checkout page, or bank/card statement.
By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the price, billing period, renewal terms, and any applicable taxes shown at checkout.
4. Renewals and Cancellations
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You can cancel your subscription through the billing management link provided after purchase, through your account where available, or by contacting us at support@lingflow.me.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy or required by law, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy: https://lingflow.me/refund-policy/.
Nothing in our Refund Policy limits any consumer rights that may apply under mandatory law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse LingFlow. You must not:
- use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity;
- attempt to copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute paid content without permission;
- interfere with the security or normal operation of the website;
- attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not allowed to access;
- use automated tools to overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.
7. Intellectual Property
All LingFlow content, including stories, texts, translations, audio, exercises, design, branding, and software, belongs to LingFlow or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Your subscription gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your own language learning. It does not give you ownership of the content.
You may not copy, publish, sell, sublicense, or redistribute LingFlow content without our written permission.
8. User Content
If you submit text, answers, vocabulary selections, feedback, or other content while using LingFlow, you give us permission to process that content for the purpose of providing, improving, and maintaining the service.
You are responsible for the content you submit and must not submit anything illegal, harmful, or infringing.
9. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep LingFlow available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may update, improve, remove, or modify features, content, pricing, or access rules from time to time. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will try to provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
10. No Guarantee of Results
LingFlow is an educational tool. We aim to help users improve their language skills, but we do not guarantee specific learning results, exam results, job outcomes, or fluency within a particular time.
Your progress depends on your personal effort, consistency, prior knowledge, and learning habits.
11. Third-Party Services
LingFlow may use third-party services for payment processing, hosting, analytics, email, authentication, or other operational purposes.
These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LingFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for LingFlow during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
13. Termination
You may stop using LingFlow at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or create risk for LingFlow or other users.
